About The Book
There are two of me.
No, I'm not a twin, and I'm not delusional - not enough to worry about, at least. Here's what I mean: there's the former me, who spent $100 per week on groceries (not including restaurants), and there's the current me, who spends less than $15 per week! The former me used to think that a $5 value menu meal at a fast food joint was cheap. The current me sees it for what it really is - more than 2 DAYS worth of food spent on one meal. Eating for only $2 a day will do that to you.
Both "Me's" bring home pretty similar, below-average salaries, and both fellas enjoy every morsel that touches their tongues. The difference is the price - and the amount of money left over! That's right...I now have money left over!! That would be a pretty strange feeling to the average American. For most of us, money enters our bank accounts and heads back out just as fast. We hardly have an idea where it went. So, let's do this...let's save some money together by taking a closer look at how much we spend on food. I think you'll be surprised.
Our mission is simple: We'd like you to save money.
Eating Well For Only $2 A Day! will help you save money in 3 primary ways:
It provides step-by-step instruction on how YOU can spend only $2 a day on the food you eat! (Without sales or coupons)
It includes over 150 inexpensive and DELICIOUS recipes to get you started!
It shows you EXACTLY how much your meals cost on a per serving basis. No more guessing which meal is cheaper.
We want this book to be as transparent as possible, so there are no gimmicks here. We're not going to tell you to cut coupons for hours on end. We're not going to tell you that you need to visit 4 different grocery stores in order to grab the best sale items. We're not going to tell you to grow a gigantic garden if you want to have any hope of saving money.
All of those ideas are great if they help you, but the point of this book is that ANYONE can save A LOT of money if they just try. Eating Well For Only $2 A Day! will show you how.
